The 3 Spectrums Of Influence founder, Janelle Mason-Johnson, has a passion for helping women overcome tragedy and hardship.  A retired Registered Nurse, and nurse manager, Janelle has herself experienced a life-altering medical diagnosis, divorce, and discrimination; and now wants to teach women how to tap into their inner strength and become an OVERCOMER!!!

Janelle earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, with a minor in Biology from Molloy College in 1989, and as a health care provider in medical, surgical, cardiac, and oncological units for over 20 years after graduating.
